QueryDesk
QueryDesk yalnızca cihazda çalışan bir uygulama değil. Hesabın ve çalıştırdığın sorguların metni sunucuda saklanıyor. Sorgu sonuçları ise asla — onlar yalnızca cihazına geliyor.

Verinin durduğu iki yer
Cihazında: SQL Server bağlantı profillerin ve parolaların (AES-256 ile şifreli), oturum jetonun, arayüz tercihlerin.
QueryDesk sunucusunda: hesabın, takım ve rol kayıtların, denetim kaydı, ve çalıştırdığın sorguların metni.
Sunucuda tutulanlar
Hesap. Kullanıcı adı, e-posta adresi, ad ve soyad. İsteğe bağlı olarak telefon numarası ve profil resmi. Parolanın kendisi değil, tuzlanmış özeti. İki adımlı doğrulama açıksa gizli anahtarı. Son giriş zamanı ve son giriş IP adresi.
Sorgu geçmişi — dikkatle okunmalı
Çalıştırdığın SQL sorgularının metni sunucuda saklanıyor. Yanında hedef veritabanının adı, sorgunun durumu, çalışma süresi, etkilenen satır sayısı ve tekrar eden sorguları gruplamak için metnin özeti tutuluyor.
Bunun anlamı: sorgunun içine kişisel veri yazarsan o metin
saklanır. Örneğin INSERT INTO musteri (tc) VALUES ('...')
yazdığında bu satır sorgu geçmişine girer.
Sorgunun sonucu saklanmaz. Veritabanından dönen satırlar sunucuya yazılmaz, yalnızca cihazına gelir. Yani veritabanının içeriği QueryDesk'in sunucusuna kopyalanmıyor — sunucuya giden tek şey senin yazdığın sorgu metni.
Denetim kaydı
Hesabında yapılan işlemler — giriş, rol değişikliği, takıma davet, bağlantı profili değişikliği — zaman damgası ve IP adresiyle kaydediliyor. Amaç, bir yetki değişikliğinin kim tarafından ne zaman yapıldığının sonradan görülebilmesi.
Toplanmayanlar
Reklam yok, reklam kimliği toplanmıyor. Telemetri ve kullanım analizi yok. Hiçbir üçüncü taraf analiz ya da izleme aracı kullanılmıyor — Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Facebook SDK, hiçbiri. Konum verisi işlenmiyor. Veri hiçbir üçüncü tarafa satılmıyor, kiralanmıyor, paylaşılmıyor.
Biyometrik giriş
Parmak izi ve yüz tanıma tamamen işletim sistemi tarafından yürütülüyor. QueryDesk biyometrik şablonu ne görüyor, ne saklıyor, ne iletiyor; işletim sisteminden yalnızca "doğrulandı" ya da "doğrulanmadı" cevabını alıyor.
Bağlantılar nereye gidiyor
QueryDesk senin SQL Server'ına doğrudan bağlanıyor. Veritabanı trafiği QueryDesk'in sunucusundan geçmiyor.
Saklama ve silme
Hesabın ve sorgu geçmişin sen silene kadar duruyor. Denetim kaydı hesap silindiğinde siliniyor. Cihazdaki bağlantı profilleri uygulamayı kaldırınca gidiyor.
Hesabını sildirmek için aşağıdaki adrese yaz. Hesabın ve ona bağlı sorgu geçmişi, denetim kaydı ve takım üyelikleri silinir.
Hakların
Bulunduğun ülkenin mevzuatına göre (Türkiye'de KVKK, AB'de GDPR) hangi verinin tutulduğunu öğrenme, yanlışsa düzeltilmesini, silinmesini ve bir kopyasını isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsin.
Bu bölüm haklarını anlatıyor. QueryDesk'in bir uygunluk denetiminden geçtiği ya da sertifikalandığı iddia edilmiyor.
Çocuklar
QueryDesk veritabanı yöneticileri ve yazılımcılar için bir araçtır; 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir.

Your data lives in two places
On your device: connection profiles and passwords (AES-256 encrypted), your session token, interface preferences.
On the QueryDesk server: your account, team and role records, an audit log, and the text of the queries you run.
What the server stores
Account. Username, email address, first and last name; optionally a phone number and profile picture. Not your password itself but a salted hash of it. Your two-factor secret if 2FA is enabled. Last sign-in time and last sign-in IP address.
Query history — read this carefully
The text of the SQL queries you run is stored on the server, with the target database name, status, execution time, affected row count and a fingerprint of the text.
What that means: if you type personal data into a query, that text is stored.
Query results are not stored. Rows returned from your database are never written to the server — they go only to your device. Your database contents are not copied to QueryDesk; the only thing that reaches the server is the query text you wrote.
Audit log
Actions on your account — sign-in, role change, team invitation, connection profile change — are recorded with a timestamp and an IP address, so a permission change can be traced later.
What is not collected
No ads, no advertising identifiers, no telemetry, no usage analytics. No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs — no Firebase Analytics, no Crashlytics, no Facebook SDK. No location data. Data is never sold, rented, or shared.
Biometric sign-in
Fingerprint and face recognition are handled entirely by the operating system. QueryDesk never sees, stores, or transmits a biometric template; it only receives a "verified" or "not verified" answer.
Where your connections go
QueryDesk connects directly to your SQL Server. Database traffic does not pass through the QueryDesk server.
Retention and deletion
Your account and query history stay until you delete them. The audit log is deleted with the account. Connection profiles on your device are removed when you uninstall the app. To delete your account, write to the address below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — GDPR in the EU, KVKK in Türkiye, CCPA in California — you have the right to know what data is held, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy, and object to processing.
This section describes your rights. It does not claim that QueryDesk has been audited or certified against any of these regulations.
Children
QueryDesk is a tool for database administrators and developers. It is not directed at users under 13.
